President and Founder of Front Range Policy Concepts, Megan Frey completed her Bachelor of Science in the Administration of Justice from Western New Mexico University and her Master of Public Administration from the University of Wyoming. Megan Frey has worked as a law enforcement officer in Southern New Mexico, juvenile probation officer in Wyoming and in child welfare in Colorado. Megan Frey’s experience spans nearly two decades of work towards helping people realize justice, growth and personal change.

Front Range Policy Concepts LLC also provides a youth group to Transgender children struggling with social skills and gender identity. These youth groups are designed to create a sense of self for the individuals and to build self-esteem in the participants. The youth groups are not clinical and do not offer any therapeutic base. The groups are social and provide the youth the opportunity to engage with like-minded youth in a pro-social environment and in activities that engage the youth in normative teen activities. These groups are designed to help youth to learn to live their own truth and life in positive ways to help them succeed.
